Privacy Policy
Avertiq collects the information needed to operate an executive scenario intelligence product for business users. That includes account details such as name and email address, company profile information entered into the workspace, usage logs that help secure and improve the service, and billing records handled through Stripe.
What we collect
We collect account registration information, product usage data, uploaded documents and company context submitted by customers, technical logs related to reliability and abuse prevention, and payment metadata required to manage subscriptions. Payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored directly in Avertiq systems.
How we store and secure data
Application data is stored in Supabase infrastructure. Billing data is handled by Stripe through PCI-compliant systems. Avertiq also uses Sentry for operational monitoring and error diagnosis. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
How we use data
Data is used to provide the product, maintain account access, generate scenarios and executive briefs, support billing, prevent abuse, troubleshoot product issues, and improve service reliability. We do not sell customer data.
Third-party processors
Avertiq uses Supabase for application infrastructure and storage, Stripe for subscription billing, Sentry for monitoring, and Anthropic API services to support scenario generation features. These processors only receive the data needed to provide their part of the service.
Customer rights
Users may request access to their personal data, correction of inaccurate records, deletion where applicable, or export of the data associated with their account. Customers remain the owner of their submitted business data. To exercise privacy rights, contact team@avertiq.app.
