Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to Avertiq, a subscription software service that turns external volatility into company-specific scenarios, quantified exposure ranges, and mitigation actions.

Service description

Avertiq provides software workflows for scenario generation, executive briefing, evidence review, and related risk intelligence analysis. The service is provided on a subscription basis and may change over time as features are added, improved, or retired.

Permitted use and restrictions

Customers may use Avertiq for internal business purposes. Users may not resell the service without permission, scrape or systematically extract product data, reverse engineer the service except where law requires otherwise, interfere with platform security, or use the service to violate applicable law.

Customer data ownership

Customer data remains the property of the customer. Avertiq receives the rights necessary to host, process, and analyze that data solely to operate and improve the service.

Payments, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed on the subscription terms presented at checkout. Billing is handled through Stripe. Customers may cancel recurring subscriptions through the customer portal or by contacting Avertiq. Access to paid features may continue through the end of the active billing period unless otherwise stated.

Support and service levels

Avertiq provides commercially reasonable support for the service. Any specific service level commitments, response times, or security review obligations are handled separately for Enterprise customers when included in a commercial agreement.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Avertiq is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. Scenario outputs support business decision-making but do not replace professional legal, financial, or compliance advice. To the extent permitted by law, Avertiq will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.
